C.E.S.A.R is not responsible for the a.m.i.g.o.s users opinions and comments. The content of each profile is exclusively and unique civil and penal responsibility of the member / visitor registered where the email was used for the creation.

 

The authors of the personal pages of a.m.i.g.o.s shouldn't publish any material protected by copyright and do not publish pictures, texts, sounds or videos without the author authorization or for his representative. They must not publish photos without the photographer authorization.

 

C.E.S.A.R has the rights to, at any time and with exclusive criteria, remove any profile that could be interpreted as against the content rules of a.m.i.g.o.s or legal vigent rules. The content of the a.m.i.g.o.s pages are not verified by CESAR.

 

If any of those rules were not followed for more than once or was noticed the exercise of any illegality, the user will be removed from a.m.i.g.o.s.

 

C.E.S.A.R has the rights to reproduce and publish photos and portions of the pages in any media, at any time.

 

You shall not:

 

• Practice, induce or incite preconception related to; origin, race, ethnic group, gender, sexual orientation, color, age, religion belief or any other way of discrimination;
• use language or obscene image, offensive or indecent in this service;
• publish libellous material, abusive or that invade the privacy of someone;
• create fake profiles;
• transgress any municipal, provincial or federal law;
• send any sort of spam for people who registered in a.m.i.g.o.s, because this go against the internet best practices and bother the users.

 

C.E.S.A.R is not responsible for any damage supposedly resultant of the use of this service. C.E.S.A.R has the rights of change the rules described above at any time, using his own criteria.
